"Heads Up: Surprisingly Sturdy Desk"
Just a quick heads up for anyone considering this desk: I’ve been using it for a few months now, and it still feels really strong and stable. It did pick up one small scratch, so don’t expect it to stay flawless forever, but overall it’s held up well and seems durable.

"Fair price, but more effort than I expected"
I bought a desk chair from Branch, and overall the price felt fair. It’s definitely not the cheapest chair out there, but it doesn’t feel overpriced for the quality either. The chair itself seems solid, and shipping was normal. I did appreciate that the pricing was clear and there weren’t any weird surprise charges at checkout. That said, getting everything set up still felt like more effort than I was hoping for, which was kind of annoying.

The website was simple to use, and checkout went through without any issues. I did have to double-check a few things on the product page because some details weren’t as clear as they should’ve been, which is on whoever runs this. But overall, it was smooth enough.

"Height adjustment works better than I expected"
I got a desk from Branch recently, the height adjustment has been better than I expected. It moves up and down very smoothly, with no weird wobbling or shaking, and the controls are straightforward enough that I didn’t really need to think about them.
I switch between sitting and standing several times during the workday, and it has not felt inconvenient at all. It’s also quiet, which is a big plus since I’m often on calls. Overall, I’m very pleased with it, 5 stars from me.

"Looks nice, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price"
I got a chair from Branch hoping it would feel like a real step up for my home office. To be fair, it does look nice and clean, and putting it together was painless.
That said, I kind of expected more for what it costs. The seat is fine, I guess, but after using it for a few weeks, I’m not convinced it feels that much better than some cheaper chairs I’ve had before.
Nothing about it is terrible or broken, so I don’t want to make it sound worse than it is. I just don’t really feel like I got great value, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless it was heavily discounted.

The weird part is, the setup guide seemed like it was supposed to be simple, but it skipped over a few steps that actually mattered. I ended up having to guess my way through parts of it, which made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be...

"They Made a Small Issue Feel Easy"
I had a small issue with my order and emailed Branch not expecting to hear back anytime soon. I still remember feeling a little frustrated at first, like, here we go, this is going to be a whole thing. But they replied quickly and actually answered my question in a clear, simple way. The person helping me was really nice and kept me updated until everything was sorted out. It was such a relief not having to chase anyone down. I appreciated that more than I expected.

"Glad They Came Through"
I was a little annoyed when my chair started having an issue after just a few months, and my first reaction was like, ugh, here we go. I reached out to support and it did take a bit of back and forth, which wasn’t ideal, but they ended up honoring the warranty and sent me the part I needed. So overall, I’m happy with how it turned out. I just wish the replies had been a little quicker.

"Pretty comfy once you figure it out"
The chair has a decent amount of adjustment options, and after messing with it for a while, I finally got it feeling comfortable. The arms took me longer than they probably should have to figure out, which was a little annoying, but to its credit, everything works fine now. Not the most intuitive chair ever, but it does the job.

"Missing parts, same hassle again"
The chair itself looked fine once I got it out of the box, but of course the hardware was a problem. A couple of screws were missing, and one bracket didn’t even match what the instructions showed, so I had to stop halfway through putting it together and email support. They did respond, but having to wait on tiny replacement parts after spending this much is just tiring. It’s not a total disaster, but I’m so over dealing with the same kind of incomplete setup issue again.

"My back feels so much better"
I’ve been really happy with this so far. The lumbar support hits in just the right spot and makes sitting for longer periods a lot more comfortable. I didn’t realize how much my back needed the extra support until I started using it. Overall, I just feel a lot more relaxed and relieved at the end of the day.

"Not What I Expected"
I was already feeling mentally drained when this showed up, and seeing it in person was just disappointing. The finish looks cheaper than I expected, and the color doesn’t really match the photos online. I was hoping it would look better out of the box, but it just felt like another thing to deal with.

"Arrived clean and in great shape"
My chair showed up looking really good, no dents, scratches, or weird marks anywhere. The box had a little scuffing on the outside, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. It was all packed neatly, every part was included, and that was a relief. Missing pieces or damage always feel preventable, so I was glad there were no issues here. It looked new and clean right out of the box. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Looks great, but my back has questions"
At first I was happy with it because it really does look nice in the room. But after sitting in it for a while, it starts to hurt and I find myself constantly shifting around. it feels like one of those things designed to look perfect in photos but not actually be comfortable for real people. Not saying there’s a whole furniture conspiracy here, but it definitely makes you wonder who tested this thing and for how long.

I’m usually ready to complain about deliveries because there’s always some delay, some excuse, or some pointless hassle. But this one was actually easy. No hassle at all, and it showed up right on time. I kept expecting something to go wrong, because something always seems to go wrong, but nope — it was smooth from start to finish.

I got a desk and chair from Branch, and I have to say, I wasn’t really expecting them to feel this solid. The wood top has a nice weight to it, not that cheap hollow feel, and the metal frame actually feels built to last. I’ve been using both every day for a few weeks, and so far there’s no wobbling or anything that makes me question the purchase. Definitely feels like I made the right call.
